vegan granola bars :D
ingredients: 2c. oats, 1c. dates, 3/4c. water, optionals: 1/3c. nuts, 1/2c. seeds, 1/3c. dried fruits, 1/3c. hemp, 1/3c. chia, 1/4c. flaxseed, 1tbsp. cinnamon, 1tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4tsp. sea salt etc.
directions: preheat oven to 375F. (1) blend oats into flour (2) soak dates in water then blend into paste (3) combine date paste with oats in bowl and mix in all other ingredients you desire for your amazing granola bars! (4) oil pan with coconut oil or lay down parchment paper, spoon in and smooth out granola bars in pan. (5) bake for 20 minutes, cool, cut and enjoy!! :D
